DESIGN & BUILD
To kick start your project, I will get
together with you for an architect’s design consultation. This can be a home visit or a virtual consultation.
The beginning of our design process always involves getting to know our clients. We listen to how you plan to use your home, how you cook, how you entertain. We spend time on the site to understand how best to maximize views, natural light and space. I need to know what you need, sense what you like in two seconds, will show you my portfolio along with my ideas on the spot and create hand-drawn sketches to visualise and explain the design options to you. I will explain what the next steps will be to proceed and how I can help.
There is once off fee for initial

Once we come to an agreement, I take the measurements and the
process can start. We will work on a detailed design that cover your needs and takes in consideration all factors implied.
