About me
I was born in Krakow where there is a very old architectural history and culture which includes Romanesque and Art Deco right through to Contemporary. My father is also an architect, and with his support I studied in the College of Architecture in Krakow
University of Technology. I’ve been awarded an M.Sc.Eng. Arch, a Masters Degree in Architecture and Urban Design, I am accredited to The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and I am a Member of The Royal Institute Of the Architects of Ireland.
I joined the award winning practice, Moloney O’Beirne Architects, in 2005 and gained a lot of vital experience. It is very important to make the right space for a client, and
my time with Moloney O’Beirne Architects made me focus on every detail of a project- giving me great patience for future briefs. They had commercial clients and lot of
clients in the residential sector who needed their houses fitted for special needs; upgrades and accessibility. That gave me great experience at all levels of design and
the confidence to start my own practice. Since 2022 I am trading as an Ltd. In 2020 I was a finalist on the series of Home of The Year with the gorgeous Glenamuck Cottages.

My Aproach
Simply, I believe that each project is unique and is personalised to your values and lifestyle. Choosing an architect for your new home or renovation can be an overwhelming experience and that is why I think it’s vital to work very closely with you rather than simply providing a service as each home and client is different.
Working with people is what I like most – I get close with the family and I help to choose the colours, finishes, furniture. It is such a delicate thing, when you are aware of someone’s savings that you are spending – it is personal to them and it is important for me to meet the family and their needs. Every time I meet clients, it is like a job interview. I need to know what they need straight away, sense what they like in two seconds, and satisfy them with my portfolio along with the ideas on the spot. They tell me what they envision, and, in few minutes, I draw up a sketch or two. Once we come to an agreement, I can take the measurements and the process can start. I think this openness with my clients is why so many people recommend me.

Your living space is the vital space, and it is what I focus on. I see every building as a prototype to be defined and designed by its owner. Its colour, the taste and the way of living is unique. I understand the importance of those factors and, inspired by you, will create a space to harness your specific needs and routines. When it comes to making wishes come true, there isn’t an inch to be wasted. I will help you build your dream home.

together with you for an architect’s design consultation. This can be a home visit or a virtual consultation.

The beginning of our design process always involves getting to know our clients. We listen to how you plan to use your home, how you cook, how you entertain. We spend time on the site to understand how best to maximize views, natural light and space. I need to know what you need, sense what you like in two seconds, will show you my portfolio along with my ideas on the spot and create hand-drawn sketches to visualise and explain the design options to you. I will explain what the next steps will be to proceed and how I can help.
There is once off fee for initial
consultation:
– Online consultation €150+VAT.
– At the property €250 +VAT (outside of Dublin 350€+VAT)

DESIGN
Once we come to an agreement, I take the measurements and the
process can start. We will work on a detailed design that cover your needs and takes in consideration all factors implied.

Once the prices have been received back from the builders, we can help you to analyse them so you can decide which supplier is the right one for you.
We carry out inspections of work with the Contractor and complete final interior design
decisions, final inspections, and certifications.
